Layser Sets Focus to 2018 Chili Bowl
January 9th through the 13th Andrew Layser & the Alex Bright Midget team will be heading to Tulsa, Oklahoma to compete in the 32nd running of the Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Nationals. This will be Layser's first Chili Bowl. With a well equipped & talented team behind him, and coming off of a 2nd place finish at Linda's Speedway in Jonestown, Pennsylvania, Layser's momentum looks strong for 2018.
November, 26, 2016 - Ryan Greth Racing is pleased to announce that USAC .25 multi time National Champion and 2016 USAC Eastern Midget runner up Andrew Layser will be joining Ryan Greth Racing full time in 2017.
November 15, 2016 - Andrew Layser solidified himself as one of the USAC HPD Eastern Midget Association’s best drivers in 2016 with a second-place finish in the 18-race series, two wins on the season and top-three finishes in three of the last five main events of the year.
June 21, 2016 - Andrew Layser put together his best weekend of the season June 17-18 in rounds 7 and 8 of the 2016 USAC HPD / Eastern Midget Association series at South Carolina’s Anderson Motor Speedway and North Carolina’s historic Hickory Motor Speedway.
In the EMA’s second appearance at Anderson this year, Layser qualified his Keller Williams – Terese Brittingham / ID Life / H&H Home Inspections / Jesel Custom Shop No. 35 P3 of 10 cars in attendance at Anderson. The invert would give “The Laser” a starting spot on the outside of row 1, alongside Nolan Allison.
